Im 70 and workout alone at home. I have a complete workout gym with many machines for every occasion. Each of my leg machines allow me to set pins to limit how far or deep i want to go safely. I agree with everything this guy is saying.

After a bought a heel elevated shoe (those lifters use) my squats improved significantly.
Keep in mind if you're natural you're not going to look like a lot of these guy who aren't natural unless you have amazing genetics which you don't. You'd be surprised at the amount of people who are on gear but look like shit. So keep that in mind. Just because you're on steroids that doesn't mean that you're going to look amazing.i know people who arw willing to take gear yet dont even have their diet or workouts in check. Don't be that guy its ridiculous. Sacrificing your health just to look good for a bit is dumb. Unless you're competing is it really wort it?

Back when I was 22, I was 5'5" at 197 pounds and a stage weight of 181. I was also a slave to the gym, the diet, and recovery while placing a lot of undo stress on various organs and joints. Now im 165. I am lean, feel incredibly light, I can touch my toes and even tie my shoes without seeing spots. You don't have to be an optimized monster. Chances are you will be happier and healthier with significantly less.
